Vision
Our vision is to facilitate youths' discovery of their unique talents and gifts, helping them realize their true purpose and passion for life.
Mission
Our mission is to facilitate the process of ending separation. In doing so, we remember our innocence and our source, while recognizing it in others. We live and demonstrate our commitment to this process, to each other, to youth, to parents, peers, and our community. The process releases blocks to self-expression, and clears limiting beliefs. This leads to the creation of living communities where the end of separation is experienced and enjoyed.

Thank you Lorne,
It is really exciting working with you and appreciate your style. I see some of what you do for the course as similar to what I feel Diederick brought to the first YOP project I was involved with. You have a *very* powerful way of challenging people that yields dramatic personal shifts. I think the youth will really appreciate your attention because ultimately
it is loving and compassionate, and all anyone has to do is look into your eyes. I really get how much you care about people - that you see them - and you have really stuck to the process when you have supported me.
